Welcome To My Journey
Hi, I’m Matt Feast, and welcome to MattFeastOnline.com. I’ve been involved in business and working online for more than 12 years, and it’s certainly been an interesting journey. It hasn’t always gone to plan either. I’ve had some great opportunities over the years, but I’ve also had plenty that didn’t work out. Like most people, I’ve made mistakes along the way, but those mistakes have taught me a lot.

I originally came from a more traditional business background before discovering what was possible online. Once I started looking into the internet and online business, I realised there was a whole new world of opportunities out there. I started learning about websites and digital marketing, and over the years I became involved in blogging, affiliate marketing, website building and online advertising. I’ve also spent a lot of time exploring cryptocurrency, trading and different ways of building an online income.
Some experiences have been extremely rewarding, while others have taught me some valuable lessons. One of the biggest things I’ve learned is to slow down and do your research before getting involved with something. It’s very easy to get excited when you see a new opportunity online, especially when everyone seems to be talking about it. I’ve been there myself. These days, I prefer to take my time, understand how something works and look at both the potential benefits and the risks.
Why I Created MattFeastOnline
I created MattFeastOnline because I wanted somewhere to share what I’m learning and what I’m actually doing online. I’m not going to pretend that I have all the answers because I don’t. The online world changes constantly, and even after more than 12 years, I’m still learning new things.
There are plenty of websites promising quick and easy money online, but that’s not really what I’m about. I don’t believe there is a magic button that suddenly creates a successful online business. In my experience, you need to learn, try things, make mistakes, make changes and keep going.
Sometimes things work exactly as you hoped. Sometimes they don’t. That’s just part of the journey.
I think the most important thing is to learn from what happens and keep moving forward. If something doesn’t work, find out why. If something does work, see if you can improve it. Over time, those small improvements can start to make a real difference.
What I’m Interested In Today
These days, my focus is much more on building for the long term. I’m interested in websites, blogging, SEO, affiliate marketing, digital marketing and learning valuable digital skills that can actually be used online.
I’m also spending more time looking at artificial intelligence and how it is changing the online world. AI has developed incredibly quickly, and there are now tools that can help with writing, images, video, research, marketing and many other areas of online business.
But I don’t see AI as a magic money-making machine. It’s simply another tool. What matters is how you use it and whether you can use it to create something genuinely useful.
I think there are some interesting opportunities ahead with AI, and that’s something I’ll be exploring and sharing here as I learn more.
I’ve Seen a Lot of Changes Online
Being online for more than 12 years means I’ve seen quite a few changes. Platforms have come and gone, marketing methods have changed, search engines have changed and the way people consume information has changed dramatically.
Social media has grown enormously, video has become a huge part of online marketing, cryptocurrency has created an entirely new industry and now AI is changing things again.
Some of the methods that worked years ago simply don’t work the same way today. That’s why I think it’s important to keep learning and be prepared to adapt.
You can’t just find one strategy and expect it to work forever. The internet doesn’t stand still, so neither can you.
Learning From Mistakes
I’ve made plenty of mistakes over the years. Some have cost me time, some have cost me money and others have simply taught me that something wasn’t right for me.
But I don’t necessarily see those experiences as wasted time. They taught me what to look for in the future and made me much more careful about the opportunities I consider.
I’ve learned not to believe every claim I see online. I’ve learned to look beyond the marketing and find out how something actually works. Most importantly, I’ve learned that if something sounds too good to be true, it’s worth taking a step back and doing more research.
That doesn’t mean you should avoid every opportunity. There are genuine businesses, useful tools and real ways to make money online. You just need to take the time to understand what you’re getting into.
What You’ll Find on MattFeastOnline
As the site develops, I’ll be covering a range of subjects that I think are useful for anyone interested in building something online. That includes affiliate marketing, AI tools, blogging, SEO, digital marketing, website building, online business and digital skills.
I’ll also be reviewing products, services and online opportunities that I come across. Some of the links on the site may be affiliate links, which means I could receive a commission if you decide to purchase something through my link.
I’ll always try to be upfront about that.
Having an affiliate link doesn’t mean I’m telling you that you should buy something. My advice is always to do your own research, read the information carefully and decide whether something is right for you.
I’m Still Learning Too
One thing I want to make clear is that I’m still learning myself. I don’t consider myself someone who has everything figured out.
The online world changes far too quickly for that.
There are always new tools to learn, new platforms to understand and new ideas appearing. Sometimes you have to change direction, and sometimes you have to start again.
That’s okay.
I think being willing to learn is one of the most important things you can have when you’re trying to build something online.
You don’t need to know everything before you start. Learn as you go, ask questions, try things and improve along the way.
My Approach Is Simple
I try to keep my approach pretty straightforward.
Learn, build, test, improve and repeat.
I’m not interested in chasing every new opportunity that appears online. I’d rather find something that interests me, understand how it works and give it enough time to see whether it has potential.
Building an online income isn’t usually something that happens overnight. It can take time to build a website, create useful content, attract visitors and develop an audience.
There will be good days and bad days. There will be times when you wonder whether something is working at all.
That’s normal.
The important thing is to keep learning and keep moving forward.
That’s really what MattFeastOnline is about.
It’s my journey through the online world. The successes, the mistakes, the things I learn and the things I’m still trying to figure out.
Hopefully, some of what I share can help you along the way too.
Maybe you’ll discover an online business idea that interests you. Maybe you’ll find a useful AI tool or learn something about SEO. Perhaps you’ll read about one of my mistakes and avoid making the same one yourself.
If I can save you some time, help you avoid a mistake or point you towards something useful, then I’ll consider that worthwhile.
I’m still learning, still testing and still building.
Thanks for visiting MattFeastOnline.com and joining me on the journey.
